Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs Customer’s and Users’ access to and use of the Services provided by Vendor. Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings set forth in the applicable agreement between Customer and Vendor.


1. Permitted Use


The Services may be used solely for Customer’s internal business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and this AUP.


2. Prohibited Activities


Customer and Users may not, and may not permit any third party to:


a. Security & System Integrity



  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, or systems

  • Circumvent or disable authentication or access controls

  • Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization

  • Introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code


b. Misuse of the Platform



  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes

  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent affiliation

  • Abuse messaging, communication, or notification features (including spam or harassment)

  • Use automated scripts or scraping tools without Vendor’s written consent


c. Data & Privacy Violations



  • Access, collect, store, or transmit data without proper authorization

  • Violate privacy, data protection, or confidentiality obligations

  • share content that infringes intellectual property rights


d. Interference & Performance


Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services or networks Excessively burden infrastructure beyond normal intended use


3. Access Mechanisms


Customer is responsible for all activity conducted through any authentication or access mechanism provided by Vendor, including Magic Links and Access Codes, in accordance with the applicable agreement.


4. Monitoring & Enforcement


Vendor may:



  • Monitor usage for compliance with this AUP

  • Investigate suspected violations

  • Suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations or security risks

  • Take appropriate legal action where required


Vendor will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide notice where practicable, except

where immediate action is necessary to protect the Services, data, or users.


5. Updates to This AUP


Vendor may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, or platform functionality. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.


6. Reporting Violations


Suspected violations of this AUP may be reported to Vendor at the contact information provided in the applicable agreement or on Vendor’s website.
